The Team had a good day out undertaking some maintenance on our Reed Bed and Willow Basin system which is providing a Nature Based Wastewater treatment solution for a holiday park in St. Andrews, Fife.

Nice to see our plants thriving, the Reed Bed plant mix includes: Water Mint, Common Reed and Iris. They are doing very well considering they were planted at the end of the growing season last year!

Our hydrologists have set up a rain gauge and hydrometry equipment to better understand the water balance in the system and undertake routine water sampling to demonstrate compliance to the site SEPA CAR license conditions.
