We are undertaking a baseline monitoring programme to support the development of a windfarm extension in South Ayrshire. Our Team developed a Water Quality Monitoring Plan (WQMP) which has been approved by stakeholders to purify pre-commencement planning conditions.
We have successfully installed a continuous monitoring probe (AquaTROLL 600 supplied by In-Situ Environmental) which transmits live readings to a web-based portal where we can interpret and extract data. Our Team can then track live readings every 15 minutes and respond to any changes in water quality promptly. This will be particularly useful during the construction phase which is scheduled for Q3 this year!
