Gondolin Land & Water are experts in providing comprehensive flood risk assessment and drainage design services. In our recent collaboration with the wider project team, we proudly contributed to the £30 million masterplan application for Murrayshall Country Estate. Our expertise in flood risk assessment and drainage design allowed us to support this exciting project effectively.

If approved, the new leisure facilities and holiday accommodation is expected to create up to 400 jobs and investment in the local economy, while having an area of land dedicated to produce solar energy to help decarbonise the estate.
