Richard is a Technical Director with Gondolin Land & Water and joined the team in August 2023. Richard specialises in the areas of Windfarm Infrastructure design, drainage and SuDS design, contracts management and construction phase support.

Katie joined the team in April 2024, fulfilling the role of Senior Hydrologist. Katie’s primary role involves technical delivery for projects relating to hydrology, hydrogeology, flood risk, surface water management, peat and geology.

Giorgia joined in April 2025 as an Environmental Consultant with a background in marine biology and experience in hydrology and offshore consultancy. She brings practical experience in EIAs, regulatory compliance, water quality, and animal monitoring across land and sea.

Hugo Morrow joined Gondolin in April 2025 as a Project Environmental Engineer. He holds an MSci in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Glasgow and brings consultancy experience in peatland restoration, contaminated land, drainage, and GWDTE surveys.
