Meet Gondolin's new Technical Director, Richard Lucey.
We are thrilled to welcome Richard to the Team which sees him reunited with Zak Ritchie and Stephen Donnan from previous roles together.
Richard brings with him notable experience in onshore Windfarm / Energy Infrastructure design, 3D terrain / earthworks modelling, drainage and SuDS design, wastewater drainage design, CDM Principal Designer experience, contracts administration and construction phase site supervision. He will be an invaluable addition to the Team and our younger colleagues will benefit massively from his experience.

Richard is a Technical Director with Gondolin Land & Water and joined the team in August 2023. Richard specialises in the areas of Windfarm Infrastructure design, drainage and SuDS design, contracts management and construction phase support. Richard also has relevant CDM Principal Designer experience.
