The types of projects and sites we generally support with are mineral quarries and mines, input to mine closure plans, matters relating to permitting and compliance and design input to aggregate processing sites.
The services we typically provide in this Sector are Water Treatment Design, Design of Settlement Lagoons and Silt / Material Management Plans, Design of Surface Water Management Plans, Securing Environmental Consents for Abstractions, Discharges and Engineering Works in the Water Environment, Water Resource / Balance Studies to maximise water efficiency and minimise wastage, contributions to Environmental Impact Assessments, Flood Risk Assessments, Preparing Water Quality Monitoring Plans and Undertaking Programmes during Baseline, Construction and Post Construction Phases, Design of Watercourse Diversions and Crossings, Access Road Design, SuDS and Surface Water Drainage Design and Water Quality Monitoring / Sampling.
We work directly with major Quarry operators in the UK as well as supporting local operators and are able to adapt our approach to suit.
