Gondolin has detailed understanding and application of The Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 (CAR) and has a significant portfolio of securing licences of all complexities for our clients. This includes securing licences for surface water and groundwater abstractions, point source discharges, engineering works and impoundments.
Our knowledge of the regulations allows us to have the foresight at planning permission stages of developments to ensure the proposals will be acceptable to SEPA and ultimately consentable under CAR.
Our Civil Engineers and Hydrologists also design, procure and oversee the construction of CAR installations to provide our clients Quality Assurance.
